Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Assist patients in their daily assisted living needs
Medication serving (PO/IM/ IV)
Follow doctors’ rounds
Taking reports of patients
Work with healthcare professionals to provide the best multidisciplinary care to patients
Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes
Taking and passing of patient reports
other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager
Requirement:
At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience
Registration with the Nursing Board
Able to multitask and communicate well with patients
