Roles & Responsibilities
You will oversee and maintains nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Guide ward nurses on daily ward nursing duties and over see them
Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff; following up on work results
Provide guidance for incident management and manage overall incident tracking for trend/pattern analysis
Other duties assigned by DDON / DON

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
