Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Operation Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Order processing, purchasing and shipment using ERP system
Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to customers
Liaise with warehouse, insurer, forwarder, and bank in preparing the goods for export with the required documents
Follow up with distributors for payment and shipment confirmation
Maintain record of orders and shipment
Prepare monthly sales turnover projection

Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
At least 1-2 years relevant work experience with documentary credit transaction and export documentation
Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
