Job Description:

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage full spectrum of strategic procurement plans
– Spearhead all sourcing and contract negotiation efforts
– Establish tactical vendors and channels of supply
– Management of negotiations with third party vendors to obtain best possible conditions
– Identify risk areas and implement relevant corrective actions
– Spearhead continuous process improvement projects
– Develop strategic supply chain plans in relation to procurement
– Manage the evaluation of supplier’s performance process and establish
areas of improvement
– Maintain a good relationship with internal stakeholders and promote effective cross functional collaborations
– Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for procurement
related matters
– Ensuring of workplace safety regulations across all facilities

Requirement:

– Candidates should preferably possess a Degree in Supply Chain Manager or
any equivalent professional qualifications
– Brings along at least 6 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Procurement
related function
– Exposure within a F&B/FMCG procurement setting is desirable though, not a
must
– Prior experience in buying Halal certified F&B products will be an added
advantage
– Change management experience will be an added advantage
– Familiar with analytical and strategic planning
– Strong people management skills
