Job Description
Work Duration: 12 months contract renewable/ convertible to full time
Work location: Redhill
Job Duties:
In charge of full spectrum of Recruitment activities
Interviewing and assessing candidate’s skill sets Job matching with the internal positions
Coordinate second round of interviews with Business Heads
Follow up on contract signing and start work details
Meet up with Business Heads to understand their recruitment needs
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Supporting the recruitment and selection process, on-boarding and off-boarding process
Renewals of employment contracts, maintaining employment records
Updating the HR Information System as well as HR administrative duties.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
2-years HR working experience in recruitment function with willing to learn attitude, takes initiative are welcome to apply
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Able to multi-task, work independently
Possess good knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations.
Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Words and Powerpoint
