Job Description::
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of HR Executive handling ASEAN portfolio to join them.
Responsibilities:
• HR Generalist function handling on the following scope:
• Full specturm of recruitment activities
• Performance Management
• Implementation of HRIS systems
• HR surveys
• HR projects
• Reviewing & formulating of HR policies
• Handling of employee relations
• Support compensation and benefits matters
• Support Head of HR on all regional HR matters
• Act as a backup for payroll, HR system and HR admin
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of HR related experience (Regional experience will b given priority)
• Familiar with HRIS is a plus (Pro-soft, Workday, Success Factors, others)
• Travelling to ASEAN countries will be required when necessary
