Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

To build and execute effective hiring strategies and developing a brand that attracts the best employees.
To work closely with HODs in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, employee retention, performance management and discipline inquiry etc.
To drive and implement transformation and improvement projects.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partnering is preferred
Candidates should have at least 3 years of managerial experience.
People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Abreast with current employment legislations and HR practices.
