Job Description:
• Staff claims
• Issuing cheques & vouchers
• Get approval & signatures
• Work with SSC to ensure all AP invoice are posted in SAP
• Work with SSC to process payment
• Follow up on dispute in AP invoice (Admin portion)
• Bank reconciliation (check SSC work)
• Assist SSC enquires on unidentified incoming/outgoing
• Issuing Sales invoices/ Debit note/ Credit notes
Job Requirements: Diploma in Business Admin/HR/ Accounts
