Job Description:
Our Client from the healthcare industry is looking for experienced incumbent to assist the organization in the development, implementation and evaluation of continuing nursing education and development programmes.
Assist in managing resources and providing leadership to ensure efficient running of Nursing Education & Development operational functions, including special projects.
Oversee course administration, including e-learn management
Set up and maintain a database which consolidates training record (including learning needs and training attendance) from various sources
Provide data and analysis report to nursing supervisors routinely and upon ad hoc request
Plan and manage annual budget for Nursing Education & Development Unit with the stakeholders
Collaborate with nurse educators to draft and review policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations of NED
Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of continuing education programs for all levels of nursing personnel and support care staff
Oversee the coordination, facilitation and registration of internal / external course applications
Guide and appraise performance of subordinates of the department
Participate in organizational committees and / or special projects to meet the needs of staff, patients or community
Participate and lead quality assurance activities to improve the standard of education and administrative functions
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledgeable in Statistics
