Job Description:
Our client, a Main Contractor in the construction industry is looking for candidates for the roles of Architectural Coordinator. Projects involved are Commercial, Building projects.
Responsibilities:
– Liaise with client and Consultant team
– Site Coordinator with client, Consultant & Sub-contractor
– Monitoring quality control and quality assurance
– Prepare weekly progress reports for client
– Organize and chair Architectural Coordination Meeting with Consultant and client
– Internal inspection and defects inspection with consultant.
Requirements:
– Diploma, Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent discipline
– Open to travel around Singapore to accessible work locations
