Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO and the Company
• Provide monitoring and coordination support to CEO in fulfilling the daily business deadline requirement
• Arrange travel and hotel accommodation locally and overseas
• Handle office reception, office stationeries/supplies, housekeeping/facility and vendor management
• Work with HR Manager to develop and revise travel policy and staff entitlements
• Design, implement and review office policies and procedures to set controls. standards and practices as well as to facilitate workflow.
• Liaise with outdoor vendors or administrator overseas on IT issues
• Support on boarding program for new staff and visitors to the office
• Manage and facilitate the office move to another building
Requirements:
• Diploma in Secretarial/ Business Administration
• 5 years of Office Administrative / Executive Assistant experiences
• Strong proficiency in MS office (Words, Power Point)
• Immediate / Short notice period preferred
