Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Estates, the successful applicant will provide assistance and support for all documentation matters including relating to Audit for Campus Development project.
The duties include:
• Responsible for providing general clerical duties and data entry on word, excel and power point files.
• Assist on document management duties which would include general printing, filing, scanning etc. and other like duties.
• Assist and coordinate on internal audit documents, meeting set-ups etc.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Business Services, Business Studies, Service Skills or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate or general office services. Prior experience in documentation and clerical duties preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and VISIO.
• Able to commit to at least 9 months of contract
