Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Assisting in the development of finance department.
– Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
– Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions.
– Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (gamma Entreprise).
– Reconciles records with internal company employees and management or external vendors or customers.
– Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
– Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision- making towards the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
– Support in performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
– Investigate and report to the manager any inconsistencies. Analyse data to ensure proper accounting process.
Requirements:
– At least a Nitec or Diploma qualification in a relevant field of study.
– At least 1 year of relevant experience is required for this position.
