Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring: Permanent Staff Nurse – Fertility Centre
Location: Orchard
Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM
• Some days may require staggered hours (7 AM – 4 PM) depending on cases
Salary: $4,000 – $4,500/month
Requirements:
Nurses with O&G / Fertility Clinic / OT experience preferred
Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Surgeons – Support doctors during fertility treatment procedures in and out of the OT.
Support Medical Practitioners – Assist with ultrasound scans, artificial insemination, and medical procedures.
Total Patient Care – Ensure comprehensive nursing care for patients.
Operating Theatre Support – Provide circulating and scrub assistance during surgeries. Independent Scrub Work – Perform scrub duties independently with minimal supervision. Inventory Management – Organize surgical instruments and maintain a well-stocked OT trolley.
Financial Counselling – Guide patients on treatment costs and financial matters.
Medical Records Management – Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Venipuncture – Perform blood draws for treatment protocols.
Liaise with Clinics – Coordinate with clinics for patient case management.
Stock-Taking & Procurement – Manage medical supplies and equipment.
