Job Scope
Oversee day-to-day nursing operations within the assigned unit
Lead and supervise a team of nurses and healthcare assistants
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient care standards
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and allied health professionals for integrated care delivery
Support quality improvement and training initiatives
Job Requirements
Prior experience in Dementia care / Palliative care /Medical-Surgical wards specialties will be preferred
Proven track record of leadership and staff management in a clinical setting
Strong clinical judgment and ability to mentor junior staff
