Job Description:
• Effective management of 3PL, freight forwarders and subcontractors
• Setting KPI for service providers. work with sales and customer service terms to set and align standards for order delivery, claim settlement and returns
• Take ownership for key performance indicators (KPI) and monitoring A ensure program targets are met and analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing and delivery frequency
• Ensure efficient inventory management control by analysing and monitoring stock levels proactively and work with the Sales/Production teams to minimise stock holding
• Review framework, processes and standards, address gaps and ensure implementation for optimal inventory holding
• daily store activities such as receiving, data entry, put away, kitting, issuing are performed in a timely and accurate manner to support Manufacturing/production
• Review and implement strategic logistics solutions to achieve cost efficiency in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
• Liaise with other departments (Production Planning, Purchasing, Order Administration, Field Service & Finance);

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 8 year(s), working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good experience with warehouse management skills and freight negotiation with 3PL service provider
