Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Responsibilities:
– Personalize greeting to all walk-ins
– Perform queue registration matters and manage queue turnaround time
– Encourage online customer portal sign up
– Ensure gadgets and devices are operational
– Provide pro-active support to the walk-in team
– Perform cashiering role
– Any other tasks and company initiatives assigned from time to time
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma
– At least 3 years of experience in front facing servicing role or call centre role
– Tech savvy
