Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Provide quality customer service over the phone
– Resolve customers queries efficiently and escalate any issues promptly
– Answer queries from patients with regards to appointments / referrals / enquiries
– Liaise with internal departments to resolve patients queries
– Scheduling of appointments for patients using the system
– Ensure that service level is met
– Provide meticulous administrative support in the call centre
Requirements:
– Training provided
– Able to handle high volume of calls
– Proficient in MS Office Applications
– Customer service or Healthcare experience will be advantageous
