Job Description:
– Do sales/product presentation, perform product demo and where necessary, to provide solutions advice to end users – Administrative duties, including the collation & submission of reports
– Produce weekly visitation plan & report
– Update SFA on contacts and leads generated (pass lead to Team Lead who will follow through with their resellers) – Provide analysis on data collected
– Identify opportunities to grow the business
– Ad-hoc reports
– Provide and ensure excellent and professional customer satisfaction for all engagements
– Requirements
– A polytechnic graduate, conversant in English, Mandarin and a dialect
– 2 years’ experience selling to end users
– Energetic, passionate and comfortable with customer facing
– Exposure to IT products, Hardware/ Infrastructure Solution is preferred.
