Roles & Responsibilities
Software Engineering Manager
Our Client is looking for an experienced software application development team lead, with the ability to lead and manage a team, drive project success, and collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a software development team with 5 direct reports.
Manage the development and enhancement & maintenance of the systems
Coordinate closely with the cross-regional IT team to make sure successful project delivery.
Work closely with other IT departments, ensuring compliance with best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Requirements
More than 8-10 years of experience in managing a team.
Experience building dev teams in a high growth, agile environment
Hands-on experience in TypeScript, NodeJS and React.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin since this role will need to work closely with cross-regional counterparts.
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding in AWS Cloud
