Job Description:
• Lead and evaluate patient care activities by the nurses to ensure care delivery is in accordance to policies and guidelines
• Round on patients in a dialysis setting on designated schedule
• Provide guidance to junior nurses
• Providing nursing care & overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish
• Checking the patients’ vital signs and talking with them to assess their condition
• Perform venipuncture on arterio-venous fistula / graft. Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered nurse with SNB
• At least three year of relevant working experience in dialysis setting
