Job Description:
Job Scope:
• Oversee a team , QA/ QC staff and ensure the quality and safety of food products at Central Kitchen & all outlets
• Provide expertise and uphold the Quality Management System
• Provide support to New product introductions/ developments to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards
• Strategising and implementing new improvements to enhance quality standards
• Monitoring product integrity and conducting product testing
• Responsible for the training, supervision and evaluation of QA personnel
• Supervise and oversee all quality assurance matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Technology or related fields
• At least 4 years of relevant managerial experience in food industry
