Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes
• Negotiate with sub-contractor about pricing
• Assist in budget costing for all projects
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations
• Verification of vendor claims
• Prepare/verification/upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
• Coordinate and work closely with various internal departments to meet project objectives and deadline
• Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meets all clients’ and quality. environment, health & safety requirements
• Accountable for settlement of project disputes/clarifications during the execution of project
• Review drawings, plans and perform quantity surveying
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Knowledge in BMS is added advantage
