Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and inspire a diverse nursing team, promoting best practices and professional growth
Conduct performance appraisals, host monthly ward huddles, and facilitate continuous learning
Chair cross-functional projects and deliver in-service training sessions
Clinical & Operational Excellence
Oversee ward rounds, coordinate family conferences, and ensure quality-assurance audits are conducted
Manage staffing schedules, design workflows, and enforce safety and infection-control protocols
Provide on-call leadership, supporting rapid escalation and timely resolution of issues
Data & Quality Management
Analyse incident and infection trends to guide quality-improvement initiatives
Track KPIs, compile reports, and lead internal audits to maintain high clinical standards
Collaboration & Community Engagement
Work closely with department heads, allied health professionals, and volunteers to optimise patient outcomes
Represent nursing in hospital committees and support community outreach programmes
Who We’re Looking For
Qualified: Bachelor’s in Nursing (SNB-recognised) and/or Post-Basic Nursing qualification
Experienced: Minimum 5 years of inpatient nursing experience, including supervisory roles
Skilled Leader: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and confident interpreting data
