Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Design and propose key visual and banner of events and resize those design related materials for company web site, facebook and digital signage at the site
• Schedule the deadline of each tasks related to design and printing and liaise with those companies to be line with the overall event schedule
• Liaise with the person in charge of clients to fix the schedule and menus with prices for the events
• Assist to communicate with PR companies and media companies
• Control the design related material such as pictures. key visuals e.t.c.
• Assist and handle events preparation in the office and at the food town such as fair
• Support to handle original application data and issue coupons
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Design related subject
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to understand food & beverage business
