Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE
In the Treasury Team at the Global Head Quarter, supervises the execution of smooth fund settlement and securing of liquidity accurately, handles settlement issues independently, develops fund efficiency measures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily payment and handles settlement issues.
Check and report the actual and forecast of cash flow (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis)
Supervise and support Forex and cash allocation.
Monitor the performance of outsourcing company
Manage the user entitlement of global bank accounts
Manage and maintain global bank accounts
Supervise and support Intercompany loan to overseas subsidiaries
Supervise bookkeeping and monthly bank recon.
Backup of another colleagues in case of leave (Execute Forex/Fix Deposit trades, etc)
Complete other tasks assigned by team leader and Manager

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, and other business-related fields
Required the experience in cash management at the treasury or the liquidity back office in a commercial bank
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience after graduation
ERP or Accounting System handling experience (SAP is preferable)
Cash Management Skill.
Basic PC skill, especially Excel
Fundamental Accounting knowledge for financial transactions
Basic business skill and attitude (Timely reporting, Timeline management, and Respect for colleagues)
Self-starter, Responsible and able to work independently, well-communication, Able to multi-task, Meticulous, Honesty for new assignment, Willingness to self-develop through on-the-job training
Intention and effort to develop a career within the company in the future
