JOB TYPE
1 year contract
Junior L2 Production Support (Java-base)
Responsibilities:
Investigate and troubleshoot for issues escalated to the Production Support Team,
Support and facilitate Development team when they makenchanges or enhancements to the bank application,
Health check to the bank applications to make sure the systems are working well.
Experience/Knowledge in Unix commands, SQL queries
Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support. Or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in IT
Recent Pass outs from Universities and Polytechnics from 0 to 1 year are welcome.
Must have IT background with knowledge and hands on basic SQL or Linux/Unix
Need to have eagerness to learn and perform with commitment.
Exposure to the banking industry is a plus.
Dynamic individual with thirst to learn.
Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills
Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work.
