Job Description::
Our esteemed client is looking for an Admin Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customers’ enquiries by telephone calls, emails and fax.
• Liaison with suppliers
• Order processing: preparing quotation; replying to email and correspondences.
• Daily checks on outgoing deliveries
• Adhoc admin duties
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE “0” level and Above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
