Our client, a tertiary healthcare institution in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a Senior/ Staff Nurse (Inpatient, ICU, Anaesthetic, OT, Infectious Control).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing service of the assigned unit in accordance with established nursing policies and procedure and standard operating procedures of nursing care and practices.
Provide a high standard of care to patients
Provide care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions
Assist in supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff
Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Candidates with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous
Prior related experience in the specialisation will be advantageous
Able to commit to shift work/on-calls for their specialty
