Job Description:
Perform monthly/ad-hoc payroll/Overtime administration, CPF/IRAS submission
Prepare for Payroll Audit
Management of Employee data in payroll system
Processing of annual salary increment and bonus data
New HR System evaluation/implementation
Other adhoc HR projects, e.g. digitalization/digitization of HR personal files
Requirements:
Able to multi-task, time-sensitive, attention to details, good communication skills
Sttrong hands-on in managing at minimum100 plus of headcounts.
Stable job history and mature personality.
Familiar with PayMaster system and experienced in system transformation would be an advantage.
