Location: Singapore
Job Description:
• Preparations of full sets of accounts
• Monthly closing of accounts and preparation of management reports
• Manage monthly bank and accounts reconciliations, BS and P&L schedules
• Handle invoicing, payroll processing, commission payouts, banking and finance matters
• Update stock system and reconciliations
• Any other ad-hoc assignments that may be required by management
Job Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with computerized accounting, stocks and payroll system
• Knowledge in MS Dynamics (Navision) is an added advantage
• Proactive and adaptable
