Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee end to end Supply Chain activities, Lead all aspects of regional supply chain activities (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Service)
Work with senior stakeholders within the organization.
Ensure operational supply chain excellence and compliance with actual global trade regulations.
Drive regional integration of supply chain based on global supply chain operating model, processes and structures.
Orchestrate regional cross-functional processes and organization with strong focus on reliability & costs.
Lead the Supply chain functional activities to support the spin off initiative of the company.
Stabilize the operations post transition.
Provide coaching to develop a high performance team with succession plans.
Enable improved connectivity between plant operations, supply chain planning and distribution team.
Contributing to sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable supply of products.
Ensure sufficient supply chain risk management and avoidance, e.g. in strong collaboration with operational compliance and global risk management.
Actively lead measures to ensure innovative work environment, support actions to develop talents and ensure empowerment of people in the SC organisation.
Drive continuous improvement by adopting best supply chain practices across the region.
Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply chain during disaster recovery or port shut down scenarios.
Support the development and implementation of overall Supply Chain and Logistics operations.
Support testing and implementation for IT Projects.

REQUIREMENTS
8 years plus of relevant experience in (Operations & Logistics), ideally in consumer goods/ medical devices other.
Demonstrable experience in a mid to large multinational supply chain with a proven track record in delivering cost and service improvements.
Managed teams across the region with a strong strategy focus.
Strong Project management background and mindset.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Expert in Word and Excel).
Strong understanding and experience in ERP based project implementation, applications and data management systems.
Working knowledge and experience in ERP, WMS platforms etc.
Virtual team management experience managed teams across the region with a strong operations focus.
