Responsibilities:
• Responsible for distributor targets in the appointed markets.
• Develop and cultivate of the markets that you are responsible for.
• Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies.
• Responsible for the products profitability (sales and inventory).
• Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging.
• Achieve targeted business share by product categories.
• Build brand equity through effective management of marketing activities.
• Perform Purchase. Sales and Inventory (PSI) management.
Requirements:
• Min Degree in Marketing/Business, with 1-2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and independent qualities.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Good business acumen and able to conceptualise marketing directions
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to travel
