Responsibilities:
– Activate & deactivate access card.
– Inventory control on stationery & pantry supplies.
– Arranging courier services.
– Updating spreadsheet.
– Answering calls.
– Attend & service to visitors / walk-in customers.
– Fax & mail distribution.
– Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Prior experience as Receptionist or customer service
– Commit for 2 months from 14 Sept 2020
