A leading player in the construction industry is looking for a HR Manager to lead a team of 6 HR staff for its Singapore office of 1000 employees.
Reporting to the Senior Management, you will be the overall in charge of full spectrum of HR functions and processes such as recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, awards, communication, industrial relations as well as training etc. You will also be working closely with senior management and employees to implement and drive initiatives as well as provide value-added advice to develop and engage the talents.
You should have a Degree from a recognized university and are equipped with at least 8 years of solid HR experience, preferably in the construction industry. You must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a hands-on and positive working attitude.
