Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR & Admin team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Oversee the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution, to promote a harmonious workplace.
Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, as well as learning and development programs.
