Roles & Responsibilities
HR MANAGER
Company’s Headcount : 250 staff strength
Automotive Industry
Group Rewards
· Lead the Rewards function for the entire Group.
· Review salary, compensation-related matters, and benefits plans and programmes including salary reviews against market data for industry benchmarking and internal equity.
· Review salary and promotion recommendation proposals for key positions.
· Develop and recommend bonus plans and incentives.
· Recommend yearly increments and bonus.
· Review and implement appointment terms and salary packages and salary scales / job grades.
· Manage employee insurance plans and welfare programmes.
· Develop Rewards philosophy.
· Align compensation and benefits practices across the Group, countries, cities and marques;
Group HR Management
· Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies and procedures including Levels of Approval.
· Oversee HR compliance, government and audit.
· Analyse employee profile;
Group Talent Development
· Develop and manage Leadership Development Program.
· Develop and implement leadership and personal competency framework.
· Develop key roles success profile;
Group Employee Relations and Group Employee Communications
· Assist and advice employee relations matters.
· Manage employee communications;
Group Talent Acquisition
· Review headcount budget and requirements.
· Assist in key positions recruitment, selection and onboarding.
· Review recruitment channels.
· Appoint and manage Search Firms and Recruitment Agencies.
· Review selection methodology;
Group Talent Retention
· Develop and implement talent retention strategies eg multiple career path;
Requirements
Degree Holder
8 years of strong HR experience
Able to write policies, handle disciplinary issues
Well versed in Singapore Employment Act
