Responsibilities:

• Work with Member Services Team 8, Operation Team
• Filings of invoices daily.
• Is able to relate with, show empathy for, and project a positive company image to distributors and customers.
• Able to communicate well with delivery company and members for delivery issues and undelivered packages
• Proactively follow through removal of promotional sets in Virtual Office
• Provide daily updates on Packslips
• Proactively rendered assistance within Contact Centre duties whenever needed. (Eg:Phone calls when in Queue)
• Contact / Email members whenever required for Out of Stock item updates.

Requirements:

• ‘0’ level
• Able to work shifts (8.45 am -6 pm and 11.15 am -8.15 pm)
• 1-2 years of sales and order coordinator experience
• Good customer service attitude
• Willingness to learn. good initiative and communications skill
• Good E-Mail communication skills

Working Hours:

• Mon — Fri only
• (8.45 am – 6 pm and 11.15 am – 8.15 pm)
