Job Description:
• Attend to calls promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to respondents on surveys and services
• Handle respondent feedback from email, e-polls or mail
• Attend to respondents’ queries and concerns
• Follow up promptly on respondents’ issues
• Provide feedback to respective business partners to improve experience
• Perform after- call administration work
• Perform outbound calls when required

Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience in call centre environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Singaporeans only
• Able to commit for 2 years contract
• May need to work on weekends based on project requirements
