Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Managing and monitoring all installed systems
• Installing, configuring. testing and maintaining operating systems, patches, applications and system management tools
• Networking and operational support
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Part of the security operation support which include incident management and threat identification and containment
• Part of IS027K team to ensure data security compliance
• Participate in IT projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
• Diploma certification on computer or related studies.
• Preferably Microsoft MCSA certification in Microsoft Windows Server.
• Basic networking knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge with Linux/Unix will be advantageous.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experiences with Windows Servers.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve server related issues.
• Ability to work with users of different levels and nationalities.
• Able to work independently & effectively with team.
• Able to think creatively and work under pressure.
