East Area
2 Shifts ( No Nights )
Our client is a Nursing Home located at East area looking for a Staff Nurse .
Responsibilities
Conduct initial clinical assessment of new clients.
Perform regular evaluations of client needs through the creation, updating, and assessment of nursing care plans.
Diagnose conditions by analyzing client symptoms and taking necessary actions for recovery.
Update nursing progress notes when clients attend center-based care.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and assess customized care plans.
Ensure nursing care complies with Ministry of Health nursing standards.
Adhere to infection control protocols to protect clients and staff.
Provide training and supervision to the care team.
Plan and assign tasks to care staff based on their roles and client care needs.
Manage and monitor the performance and development of care staff.
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
Manage nursing supplies inventory, monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, place orders, and verify receipt of supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing,
Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board.
Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
Demonstrates empathy and compassion.
