Roles & Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including Group consolidation
Assist in GST, Tax, ACRA fillings in accordance with Singapore Standards and requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers, company’s secretary and related government boards when necessary
Handle monthly and annual closing of entities assigned
Liaise with audit firms and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including preparation of audit and tax schedules.
Preparation of audited financial statements, annual report and Board papers
Partner closely with subsidiaries finance team for review and analysis of regional subsidiaries’ monthly management accounts
Preparation of group budgeting
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA
3 to 5 years of related experience in construction or property development industries
Preferably with SGX / HKEx regulatory framework
