Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese MNC is currently looking for a Secretary position for urban living industry
Responsibilities:
• Arrange, organize, and control MD’s client meeting and business trip schedule
• Make reservations for flights, hotels, and restaurants for meetings, business trips and corporate events
• Answer phone calls from existing/prospective client companies on behalf of MD
• Send emails to and reply them from existing/prospective client companies on behalf of MD clients • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree studies
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Japanese (at least JLPT N2) in order to liaise/communicate with clients, Japanese Vendors, and Japan HQ will be advantage
• Able to commit immediately or on short notice
