Job Description
Duration: 6 Months + 5 Months Contract
Working Location: Fusionopolis

Job Duties:
Coordinate and assist with on-boarding and off-boarding matters
Manage office supplies and staff inventory (e.g., stationeries, lab notebooks and PPEs etc)
Coordinate and receive deliveries for the admin department
Perform Goods Receipt for the admin department
Assist in internal communications and the planning and executive of events organized
Assist in other admin support as assigned by the reporting officer

Job Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
1-2 years of administrative experience, with experience on events organizing is a plus
Competent in computer skills (especially Word, MS Excel)
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
