Job Descriptions:
• Provide first rate service and support at the Front Office.
• Meet and greet visitors, assist in changing of access badges when required.
• Answer general and phone enquiries.
• Take and deliver timely messages to the intended recipients if applicable.
• Book meeting rooms.
• Assist in mail sorting and distribute to the intended recipients.
• Arrange local and international courier services when required.
• Assist in event arrangement such as catering / set up.
• Assist in housekeeping matters for meeting rooms and common spaces in the office.
• Liaise with different vendors on facilities issues in the office
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• A good team player who possesses a cheerful personality with a great smile for customers
• Positive attitude and meticulous with details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
