Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Work at the heart of cross functional teams to play your part in delivering projects.
Work with domain experts and clients to define project objectives, approach, plan and budget
Understand client business objectives and work with multiple client stakeholders; focus their feedback to guide towards an objective
Act as a trusted adviser to the client; identify solutions, approaches, and ways of working that best meet the clients’ strategic objectives and organizational barriers
Tackle issues when milestones are not met, mitigate against risks before they become issues, track/action against dependencies and be a team lead & champion
Lead teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, business, or related fields
5+ year of program/ project management experience in delivering digital or technology-based solutions
Agile or Scrum certification preferred
Strong familiarity with project management software tools (JIRA, Confluence), methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Experience running Scrum for multi-disciplinary teams
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
