Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate group of Registered Nurses with a strong background in Palliative and End-of-Life Care. The ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience, be fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), and demonstrate a deep commitment to providing holistic and dignified care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide compassionate, patient-centered palliative and end-of-life care in home or institutional settings
? Conduct nursing assessments, symptom management, and pain control
? Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including doctors, social workers, and allied health professionals
? Support families with anticipatory grief, care planning, and end-of-life discussions
? Maintain proper nursing documentation and follow care protocols
? Educate caregivers on patient care and coping strategies
? Respond to urgent care needs with clinical judgment and sensitivity
? Uphold patient dignity, autonomy, and comfort at all stages
Requirements:
? Fully Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
? Minimum 5 years of working experience in palliative or end-of-life care
? Postgraduate qualification in Palliative Care (e.g., Advanced Diploma or Specialist Certification) is an advantage
? Strong clinical assessment and symptom management skills
? Compassionate, calm, and patient-focused approach
? Able to work independently and collaboratively
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficiency in local languages/dialects is a plus (to communicate effectively with elderly patients)
