Job Description:
Our client, a well-known company is currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
• Process orders. track and manage back orders
• Complete and maintain work procedures documentation including process maps and desktop procedures
• Liaise with planning team regarding stock shortages and shipment delays
• Contact to 3rd party logistics partner and Freight Forwarders
• B2B Customer contact
• Contact to Planning, Finance, Sales and other internal stakeholders
• Ad hoc support tasks
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Japanese Language Proficiency to liaise with Japanese distributors and clients
• Have a good understanding of ERP systems and processes. knowledge of AX2012 is an advantage
• Knowledgeable about shipping documents
