Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Manage all activities relating to order processing.
– Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request and generating of delivery note.
– Maintain and improve order administration process and working instructions.
– Responsible in invoicing and payment related matters once project and service completed.
– Provision of general office administration which includes project support work, logistic coordination, checking/ verification/ Photostatting of documents.
– Coordination with other business groups on timely response to any queries and issues.
– Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, often within short period of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines.
– Maintain documentation/versioning in share drive/library.
– Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the business unit.
– Responsible for monthly progress report generation & data/ statistics compilation for customer and team (if any)
– Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
