Our client is a well established MNC company in Manufacturing, Oil 8, Gas industry.
Responsibilities:
• HRBP supports to the regions (Asia Pacific)
• Provides professional advices human resources issues and implement/develop solutions to meet the business needs
• Develop the human resources team to increase the capability and strategic value
• Offer thought leadership to assigned leader(s) in understanding the human capital elements of acquisitions, developing activities that facilitate integration of culture, organization, talent, systems and processes
• Develops strong working relationships with managers taking a proactive approach in addressing issues
• Identify the need for changing mindsets and behaviors in order to deliver our Mission and [business/function/region] strategy
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience as a leadership in HR functions
• Proven track record of being a valued Human Resources Partner
• Experience in Merger & Acquisition is an added advantage
• Hands on approach with strong business acumen
• Comfortable in providing strategic plans and direction while being willing to “roll up his/her sleeves” to assist with implementation where needed, working in and out of detail as required
• Results oriented and a self-starter
